In case of any manufacturing defect in the product Versa shall repair or replace the product of equivalent value. Damage of any product of parts there of due to any of the following causes will not be covered under this warranty. User’s or its agent’s misuse, negligence, faulty installation or accident. Improper maintenance of the product by not abiding by the versa printed instructions manual / customer guidelines. Dirt, lime scale or aggressive cleaning chemicals. Unauthorized alternation of the products. This warranty will not be valid for the products or parts thereof that don’t use original Versa spare parts and which have been repaired by unauthorized unqualified person. This warranty specially excludes hoses, rubber
components and other consumables .In case of the any amendment made to the certificate , this warranty , this warranty is non transferable and invalid. Versa shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, exemplary special or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, profit or use arising out of a breach of this warranty or in connection with the sale, maintenance, use, operation or repair of any product, in no event will Versa be liable for any amount greater than the purchase price of the defective good. The customer will have to bear the risk and cost of returning the product that is bound to be defective during the specified warranty period to versa bath fitting.
To ensure uninterrupted pressure of water , it is advisable to keep the pipeline straight with minimum number of bends which will support smooth flow of water . All the supply lines must have vent pipes these vent pipes help in removing air looking in the water supply to give a smooth flow of water from the fittings . Use 25mm pipelines rather than 20mm which will help in overcoming scaling inside the pipelines and will allow sufficient space for the water to flow . Prior to plastering of fixing tiles , test the working of all the installed concealed fittings on a high pressure to check for leakage if any .
Clean the aerators provided in the items at regular intervals for a perfect foam flow of water from the fittings Place the outlet point in the overhead tank at least 25mm above the ground level of the tank . this provides the flow of foreign particles sand etc. Along with water supply into the fittings and
thereby prevents the possible damages to the working parts , clean the tank throughly before the supply starts , it is suggested that the overhead tank must be cleaned at regular intervals to avoid inflow of foreign particles . clean the fittings regularly with normal soap or chalk powder to remove scaling or stairs do not use detergent as this may cause damage to the chrome finish used on all Versa products . Do not use harsh cleaning agents containing abrasives and acids instead use a soft sponge or wet cloth to with soapy water or diluted vinegar to protect the color coated finish .
To protect fine finishing of fittings from dirt, stains and other damages during construction cover them with cloth or poly bag after their installation till they come into actual use . It is suggested that center to center distance for hot and cold inlet for all types of wall mounted mixtures should be
maintained at 165mm where any of wall mixtures from different ranges can be easily installed without any problem. Buy Versa products from company’s
